How to make a demo video for an AI chat app

An AI chat product looks like every other chat product in a raw recording: a sidebar, a box and a lot of text. The value is in the exchange, so the video has to make the exchange readable.

Three shots that tell the story

1. The ask. Zoom into the input as the prompt is typed. Put the prompt itself on screen as the headline.
2. The answer. Hold on the top of the reply while it streams. Viewers read from the top; chasing the newest line makes them dizzy.
3. The history. A slow push across the sidebar shows that this is a tool people come back to.
